SPECIFICATIONS:
- Technical advisory support to branches, dealers, and clients.
- May be required to travel from time to time within the border of RSA and cross border at short notice.
- Develop and maintain good relations with branches, dealerships, and clients.
- Attending technical meetings.
- Conduct technical analysis of failures and to provide necessary technical reports with relevant recommendations and solutions to reduce failures.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
- Maintain and monitor maintenance operating process and procedures within the dealer network.
- Conduct internal audits, provide assistance and solutions to areas lacking.
- Laise with FAW Technical Supervisor and National Aftersales Manager regarding all relevant technical issues.
- Visit customers where required/necessary.
- Developing and implementing action plans to technical issues.
- You may be required to perform other duties that may reasonably be required by Management.
- Ensure that all tasks performed comply with minimum standards required by FAW SA.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role
- Diesel Trade Test Certificate
- Technical background in the motor industry will be an advantage
- Code 14 License
